My team analyzed diverse research streams, including qualitative and quantitative research about user needs, brand attitudes, and macro trends.
Design immersive and collaborative workshops.
We facilitated executive workshops that were both immersive —furthering executive understanding of mainstream and cutting-edge consumers—and collaborative— enabling them to commit to new cross-functional initiatives.
Deliver tools for user-focused PD process.
We developed tools and frameworks for more user-centered product development process, including personas, innovation playbook, and concept briefs.
